Felicity Jones is an British actor best recognized for her performance as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything (a critically popular film) she is one of the most famous British actors. Jones has been an actor since the age of twelve, has appeared in several TV and film series. Her first role was in the TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, The Worst Witch (a television show) she was Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college was also filmed. The character she played was Young Ruth as her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool. In the following years, she was in various movies. Her acting career gained her fame through films like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. But it was her performance on The Theory of Everything' which earned the actress the Oscar nomination for the first time. Jones was praised by the public and critics for portraying Hawking's former wife, in The Theory of Everything, a Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno is a Tom Hanks thriller was her next part. In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles named Jones as the British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to the cinema.
